2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC PARTICULARLY AMONG DRUG USERS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING SERVICES AND SEMINARS ON DRUG ABUSE.
