FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR PEOPLE FROM IMMIGRANT AND ETHNIC MINORITY GROUPS AND YOUNG PEOPLE AFFECTED BY HIV/AIDS; (1) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY; (2) THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT; (3) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH; (4) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION; AND (5) THE PROVISION OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS B.
