Charitable objects
3.1 THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: THE PROVISION OF A FORUM TO DISCUSS AND RESPOND TO ISSUES OF INTEREST AND CONCERN TO THE DISABLED COMMUNITY; AND THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. THE DISABLED COMMUNITY IS DEFINED TO INCLUDE ANY DISABLED PERSON WHO IS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BY AN ENVIRONMENT OR SOCIETY THAT IS NOT DESIGNED TO ALLOW THEM FULL PARTICIPATION IN EVERYDAY LIFE. THE DISABLED COMMUNITY EXTENDS TO ANY DISABLED PERSON WHO RESIDES OR USED THE FACILITIES OFFERED WITHIN TEESDALE.
