THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION AND CONDUCT IN OR NEAR LLANDOVERY OF A DAY AND/OR BOARDING SCHOOL ("SCHOOL") FOR BOYS AND GIRLS; PROVIDED THAT INSTRUCTION IN THE WELSH LANGUAGE, CULTURE AND ARTS IS GIVEN AT THE SCHOOL.
