TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL AREAS RELATING TO RETINOBLASTOMA. 3C. THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG PEOPLE LIVING OR WORKING WORLD-WIDE, BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH FINANCIAL AID TO ACCESS SPECIALISED TREATMENT FOR RETINOBLASTOMA EYE CANCER, WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS.
