TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY OF THE BISHOP'S CASTLE RAILWAY AND OTHER LOCAL RAILWAYS, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF A MUSEUM AT BISHOPS CASTLE FOR THE PRESERVATION AND DISPLAY OF DOCUMENTS AND ARTEFACTS WHICH HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THE ADVANCE OF THE RAILWAY INDUSTRY.
