THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE LIVING OR WORKING IN OR VISITORS TO THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND IN PARTICULAR ANY AREA DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY OPERATIONS AT STANSTED AIRPORT [N.B. THE AREA OF BENEFIT IS AS PER ATTACHED MAP].
