Charitable objects
1. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN AFRICAN ARTS AND CULTURE; 2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF THE PUBLIC IN BRADFORD, YORKSHIRE AND THE HUMBER, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE OF AFRICAN DESCENT, BY THE PROVISION OF AN INFORMATION AND ADVICE SERVICE; AND 3. THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
