(I) TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE DISABLED INCLUDING BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION THE SUPPLY OF WHEELCHAIRS, EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES FOR THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION AND TRAINING IN LIFESKILLS IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE IN SUCH PARTS OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT (II) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION INCLUDING BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION TO PROMOTE AND CARRY OUT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT RESEARCH INTO SPINAL CORD REGENERATION AND SYSTEMS OF REHABILITATION AND OTHER RELATED MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH
