TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF CITY OF DURHAM DISTRICT (HEREINAFTER KNOWN AS 'THE AREA OF BENEFIT') IN PARTICULAR YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 11 TO 25 YEARS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OR OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY PROVIDING THE OPPORTUNITY TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF THE AFOREMENTIONED YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND RECREATION WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID YOUNG PEOPLE AND THE COMMUNITY IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF AN OUTREACH YOUTH BUS.
