THE COMPANY'S OBJECTS (THE "OBJECTS") ARE: (A) TO RESTORE, PRESERVE, REPAIR, MAINTAIN, IMPROVE, BEAUTIFY, AND/OR RECONSTRUCT THE CHAPEL OF OUR LADY OF THE ROSARY, SCHOOL ROAD, OLD BURSLEDON, SOUTHAMPTON (THE "CHAPEL") FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC; AND (B) TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND INTEREST OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS GENERALLY AND, IN PARTICULAR, IN VISUAL FINE ART.
