THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH WITHIN THE SURREY AREA AMONG PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY DISABLED CHILDREN, THEIR PARENTS AND/OR CARERS, ASSOCIATED WITH THE JUNIOR OPPORTUNITY GROUP AT EPSOM HOSPITAL BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ON RELATED AREAS OF HEALTHCARE BY THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, ADVICE AND GUIDANCE ON AVAILABLE SERVICES.
