TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES BY THE PROVISION, OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION, OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR SUCH PERSONS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF DEVELOPING THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND AS MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
