TO BENEFIT CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS, PRINCIPALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA OF EAST ANGLIA WHICH INCLUDES THE COUNTIES OF NORFOLK, SUFFOLK, CAMBRIDGESHIRE AND ESSEX, BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS, SO AS TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE.
