TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES, EQUIPMENT AND SUCH ITEMS AS DEEMED NECESSARY ANYWHERE THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.
