THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL NEED AND SUFFERING AMONG VICTIMS OF NATURAL OR OTHER KINDS OF DISASTER IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD. TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES, EQUIPMENT AND SUCH ITEMS AS DEEMED NECESSARY ANYWHERE THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.
