Charitable objects
1) TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF AFRICAN PEOPLE WHETHER LIVING IN THE UK OR ABROAD AND IN PARTICULAR WOMEN AND CHILDREN, REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND MIGRANTS BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PROTECTION OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS; AND
2) TO PROMOTE ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE THAT WILL DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF PERSONS IN LONDON OF BENEFIT IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND HELP MEET THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY. TO THIS END, TO PROMOTE VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY GROUPS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT WILL PROVIDE OR ARE PROVIDING SERVICES FOR AFRICAN WOMEN.
