Charitable objects
TO SUPPORT AND PROMOTE SUCH ONE OR MORE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD AS THE CHARITY SHALL DETERMINE.
"CHARITABLE" SHALL HAVE THE MEANING ASSIGNED TO IT BY THE LAW FOR THE TIME BEING IN FORCE IN ENGLAND AND WALES.
"CHARITABLE PURPOSES" SHALL MEAN SUCH PURPOSES (WHETHER EFFECTED OR TO BE EFFECTED) AS SHALL FOR THE TIME BEING BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE.
