Charitable objects
A) TO FUND, COMMISSION AND MAINTAIN A MEMORIAL STATUE TO COMMEMORATE THE LIFE AND DEEDS OF NOEL GODFREY CHAVASSE, V.C. AND BAR, AND ALSO THOSE OTHER HOLDERS OF THE VICTORIA CROSS WHO WERE BORN IN LIVERPOOL, MERSEYSIDE ("LIVERPOOL'S HEROES") FOR THE BENEFIT AND ENJOYMENT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND POSTERITY AND TO PERPETUATE THE MEMORY OF THESE BRAVE MEN; AND B) TO HELP EDUCATE LOCAL SCHOOLCHILDREN, COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS AND OTHER INTERESTED BODIES AS TO THE LIFE AND DEEDS OF NOEL CHAVASSE AND "LIVERPOOL'S HEROES" BY PROVIDING ON REQUEST SPEAKERS AT A NOMINAL CHARGE OR FREE OF CHARGE.
