TO OFFER CONFIDENTIAL SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE TO THOSE WHO WISH TO CHANGE THEIR CURRENT LIFESTYLE, TO DELIVER REGULAR STREET OUTREACH SERVICES. TO FACILITATE THE PROMOTION OF HEALTHY LIFESTYLES/HABITS AMONGST THE CLIENT GROUP AND THEIR FAMILIES.
