THE RELIEF OF BLIND, VISUALLY IMPAIRED AND AURALLY IMPAIRED PERSONS, AS WELL AS PERSONS, IN PARTICULAR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, WITH OTHER PHYSICAL EMOTIONAL OR MENTAL DISABILITIES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND RESPITE FACILITIES AND BY THE PROVISION OF MOBILITY EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES. 3. THE PROVISION OF RESOURCES AND INFORMATION FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH VISUAL AND AURAL IMPAIRMENTS, THEIR FAMILIES, CARERS AND OTHER INTERESTED BODIES, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS. 4.
