Charity overview
Activities - how the charity spends its money
Open Gate aims to help reduce the risks of re-offending and aid resettlement of women in the North East of England. We particularly support women in and from HMP & YOI Low Newton. Support is offered through sustained mentoring and be-friending while in prison and after release for up to two years. We also offer training and social development opportunities.
