A) 3.1 TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF DEAF PEOPLE IN THE NORTH OF ENGLAND IN EVERY SPHERE OF LIFE IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION , ADVICE, SUPPORT, RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND BY THE PROMOTION OF BRITISH SIGN LANGUAGE AND DEAF CULTURE.
