TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO PERSONS IN LEIGH, LANCASHIRE AND SURROUNDING AREA SUFFERING PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL OR SPIRITUAL DISTRESS. THE RELIEF TO BE EFFECTED BY ANY MEANS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COUNSELLING. ALL MEANS OF RELIEF ARE TO BE ACCORDING TO CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES AND DOCTRINES AS LAID OUT IN THE STATEMENT OF FAITH IN APPENDIX 1.
