C) THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT BY THE PROVISION OF A RECYCLING AND DISPOSAL SERVICE FOR ELECTRICAL ARTICLES THAT WOULD OTHERWISE GO TO LANDFILL
