Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS"), IN KASHMIR / PAKISTAN OR SUCH OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM APPROPRIATE. (I) NATURAL DISASTER THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL NEED AND SUFFERING AMONG VICTIMS OF WAR OR NATURAL OR OTHER KINDS OF DISASTER, TROUBLE OR CATASTROPHE IN THE FORM OF MONEY (OR OTHER MEANS DEEMED SUITABLE) FOR PERSONS, BODIES, ORGANISATIONS AND / OR COUNTRIES. (II) EDUCATION TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY OF THE PUPILS AT KASHMIR PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES NOT OTHER WISE PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR EDUCATION AT SCHOOLS. (III) RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY AND TO PROVIDE OR PAY FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES WHICH THEY CAN NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS. (IV) RELIEF OF SICKNESS THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH.
