All awards will be conditional on the agreement by the recipient to support the wider dissemination of the results of their work.

OBJECTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY:- 3.1 MAKING GRANTS TO ANY SCHOOL, COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OR OTHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ESTABLISHED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WHERE SUCH SCHOOL, COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OR OTHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION IS ITSELF A CHARITY OR A NON-PROFIT MAKING OR NOT FOR DIVIDEND ORGANISATION AND TO ANY SCHOOL, COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OR OTHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION NOT ESTABLISHED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND WHICH IS NOT PROFIT-MAKING; 3.2 MAKING GRANTS TO ANY INDIVIDUAL RESIDENT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ABROAD FOR THE FURTHERANCE OF EDUCATION AND IN THE CASE OF BOTH SUB-CLAUSE 3.1 AND 3.2, THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH SUCH GRANTS MAY BE GIVEN INCLUDE BUT ARE IN NO WAY LIMITED TO RESEARCH INTO EDUCATION, THE USEFUL RESULTS OF WHICH WILL BE DISSEMINATED; 3.3 TO ADVANCE SUCH PURPOSES AS ARE CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
