FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ADJOINING LAND OF THE DONOR THAT NO HOUSE BUILDING OR OTHER ERECTION SHALL BE ERECTED OR PUT UPON THE LAND HEREBY CONVEYED OTHER THAN AND EXCEPT PAVILIONS SUMMERHOUSES REFRESHMENT ROOMS OR OTHER BUILDINGS OF A SIMILAR KIND INTENDED TO PROMOTE OR IMPROVE THE CONVENIENT USE OF THE FIELD FOR THE PURPOSES OF A PUBLIC RECREATION GROUND
