Charitable objects
TO PROVIDE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE A BUILDING KNOWN AS THE BALSALL AND BERKSWELL JUBILEE CENTRE TO BE HELD FOR THE PURPOSE OF A COMMUNITY HALL FOR USE BY THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISHES OF BALSALL AND BERKSWELL IN THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF SOLIHULL WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS; IN RESPECT OF WHICH THE USE OF THE SAME BY AND FOR YOUNG PERSONS AND YOUTH ORGANISATIONS IS TO FORM A SIGNIFICANT PART.
