A) TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF BIRMINGHAM THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION BY RESTORING, MAINTAINING AND PROMOTING MOSELEY PARK AND POOL IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE PUBLIC. B) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THE STUDY OF SCIENCE, NATURAL HISTORY, GEOGRAPHY, HISTORY AND ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION.
