Activities - how the charity spends its money
Provision of facilities for School and University teachers to run one-day or two-day field courses that will introduce young people to subjects relevant to the minerals industry such as applied geology, metalliferous mining and mineral extraction. The Charity also hosts visits to the mine by local interest groups and by interested post-graduate departments of Universities. It encourages research.
