TO ENSURE THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WITHIN THE UPPER RHYMNEY VALLEY, WHO ARE SUFFERING OR WHO HAVE SUFFERED FROM CANCER AND OTHER SERIOUS ILLNESSES, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, SUPPORT AND LOAN OF HOME COMFORTS EQUIPMENT, FOR SUCH PERSONS, THEIR FRIENDS, FAMILIES AND CARERS.
