TO PROMOTE GOOD RACE RELATIONS, THE ELIMINATION OF DISCRIMINATION AND THE PROMOTION OF EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AMONG ALL RESIDENTS LIVING WITHIN THE LOCAL AUTHORITY AREA OF SOUTHEND-ON-SEA ESSEX AND ITS NEIGHBOURHOOD, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER WITH THOSE RESIDENTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITY, VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROVIDE INFORMATION, ADVICE AND OTHER RELATED CHARITABLE FORMS OF SUPPORT.
