THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY OF PEOPLE LIVING IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR OVERSEAS BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY FOR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES AND THE ADVANCEMENT OR FURTHERANCE OF SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL DEEM FIT.
