THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN RELATION TO; SOCIAL WELFARE, RECREATION AND LEISURE AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION THROUGH WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH LOCAL INHABITANTS, THE LOCAL AUTHORITY AND OTHER VOLUNTARY, COMMUNITY AND STATUTORY ORGANISATIONS.
