THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL NEED AND SUFFERING AMONG VICTIMS OF NATURAL OR OTHER KINDS OF DISASTER, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY CHILDREN IN SRI LANKA UNDER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS AFFECTED BY THE TSUNAMI OF 26 DECEMBER 2004 BY THE PROVISION OF FUNDS OR OTHER MEANS DEEM SUITABLE.
