Charitable objects

A) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN NORTH EAST DERBYSHIRE AND THE DISTRICT OF BOLSOVER (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE 'AREA OF BENEFIT'), IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN BASIC LIFE SKILLS AND GOOD CITIZENSHIP, BY PROVIDING YOUNG PEOPLE WITH EFFECTIVE, ACCESSIBLE, CONFIDENTIAL AND NON JUDGEMENTAL ADVICE ON A WIDE RANGE OF TOPICS AND ISSUES INCLUDING EDUCATION, SEXUAL HEALTH, LEGAL, BENEFITS AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES. B) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
