Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME TO SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR TOWARDS OR FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OR IN FURTHERANCE OF SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN SUCH MANNER AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE AND WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE ABOVE IT IS THE INTENTION OF THE TRUSTEES TO APPLY THE SAID INCOME TO THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONGST CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS.
