Spiral Dance is a community dance company creating opportunities for all to dance through participation, information, support and performance. We believe that dance is inclusive and can engage with people of all ages, abilities, levels of experience or cultural background. Dance can be inspiring and motivating and we have developed a variety of opportunities to get people involved.
