Charitable objects

MAINTAIN, ADVANCE AND IMPROVE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN THE PRACTICE AND APPRECIATION OF VISUAL ARTS AND CRAFTS (OF ALL TYPES AND DESCRIPTIONS INCLUDING GRAPHIC ART, THREE DIMENSIONAL ART, CONCEPTUAL ART, ELECTRONIC ART, SONIC ART, AND CRAFTS OF ALL TYPES AND DESCRIPTIONS) BY ENABLING ARTISTS AND ARTISANS LIVING OR WORKING IN THE COUNTY OF DORSET (WHICH EXPRESSION IN THIS DEED SHALL BE DEEMED TO INCLUDE THE BOROUGHS OF BOURNEMOUTH AND POOLE) TO COMMUNICATE THEIR WORK TO THE PUBLIC THROUGH EXHIBITIONS, WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS, PUBLICATIONS, FILMS AND THE LIKE THROUGH BOTH PHYSICAL AND ELECTRONIC MEANS. (B) TO PROMOTE, MAINTAIN, ADVANCE AND IMPROVE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF ARTISTS AND ARTISANS, PARTICULARLY THOSE LIVING OR WORKING IN THE COUNTY OF DORSET. (C) TO RELIEVE POVERTY AMONG ARTISTS AND ARTISANS PARTICULARLY THOSE LIVING OR WORKING IN THE COUNTY OF DORSET, AND THEIR DEPENDANTS WHO ARE IN NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. (D) TO PROVIDE GRANTS OR BURSARIES TO PERSONS, PARTICULARLY THOSE LIVING OR WORKING IN THE COUNTY OF DORSET FOR EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING PURPOSES IN THE FIELD OF VISUAL ARTS AND CRAFTS.
