1) THE RELIEF OF PERSONS OVER THE AGE OF SIXTEEN YEARS WITH LEARNING DISABILITY AND/OR LONG TERM DISABLING CONDITIONS, WITH A 15 MILE RADIUS OF ORMSKIRK, AND OF THE FAMILIES OF SUCH PERSONS, IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROMOTION AND PROVISION OF INDEPENDENT SUPPORTED LIVING. 2) THE PROMOTION AND PROVISION OF EDUCATION, RECREATION AND TRAINING FOR PERSONS OVER THE AGE OF SIXTEEN YEARS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES OR/AND LONG TERM DISABLING CONDITIONS WITHIN A 15 MILE RADIUS OF ORMSKIRK, PARTICULARLY ACTIVITIES THAT WILL ENCOURAGE AND ENABLE INDEPENDENCE AND IMPROVE QUALITY OF LIFE
