TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE ANFIELD BRECKSIDE DISTRICT AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD BEING THE AREA BOUNDED BY WALTON LANE FROM THE RAILWAY BRIDGE TO THE JUNCTION WITH WALTON BRECK ROAD, WALTON BRECK ROAD, OAKFIELD ROAD, BELMONT ROAD TO ITS JUNCTION WITH ROCKY LANE, ROCKY LANE, WEST DERBY ROAD TO THE RAILWAY LINE AND THEN FOLLOWING THE RAILWAY LINE TO WALTER LANE (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF AGE, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, SEX, RACE, POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AND STATUTORY AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT:- 1. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND 2. TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS 3.
