Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF ST. ALPHEGE SCHOOLS, SOLIHULL, BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY;
A) ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS ATTENDING IT; AND
B) THE MAINTENANCE, ALTERATION OR EXTENSION OF THE SCHOOL BUILDINGS.
