TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING AND DISTRESS OF UNWANTED LOST OR STRAYED CATS IN THE SOUTH DEVON AREA IN PARTICULAR OR FROM ANY OTHER AREA THE OFFICERS AND COMMITTEE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE TO PROVIDE TEMPORARY SHELTER, VETERINARY TREATMENT AND WHEREVER POSSIBLE THE FINDING OF PERMANENT HOMES FOR THESE ANIMALS.
