B) TO PROVIDE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE, IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD, OF VICTIMS OF WAR OR NATURAL DISASTER, TROUBLE OR CATASTROPHE, IN THE FORM OF MONEY, FOOD, HOUSING OR MEDICAL (OR OTHER MEANS DEEMED SUITABLE) FOR PERSONS, BODIES, OR ORGANISATIONS AFFECTED. C) PROVIDE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, SICKNESS AND PRESERVATION OF HEALTH, OF PEOPLE WORLDWIDE, BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS SERVICES OR FACILITIES WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS. D) PROVIDE EDUCATION AND TRAINING TO PEOPLE IN POVERTY STRICKEN AREAS OF THE WORLD, BY ANY MEANS DEEMED SUITABLE TO ALLEVIATE SOCIAL AND ECONOMICAL DISADVANTAGE. E) TO ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC FAITH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TEACHINGS AND PRACTICES OF ISLAM.
