THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND DISTRESS BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND INFORMATION IN SUCH MATTERS AS HEALTH, HOUSING, VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE AND SOCIAL ISSUES. 3.
