A Self Advocacy organisation for adults with learning difficulties, working across Liverpool and Sefton. Supporting people to work together in a group to speak up for themselves to enable them to have more control over their own lives, create a supportive network to encourage more people to speak up, provides information and signpost people who may need a different type of advocacy service.

Charitable objects
1 ADVANCE AND PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THOSE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES OR LEARNING DIFFICULTIES IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING FACILITIES AND WORKSHOPS IN SELF ADVOCACY AND RELATED AREAS INCLUDING: I ENABLING AND ASSISTING PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES AND LEARNING DIFFICULTIES TO SPEAK UP FOR THEMSELVES, TO SHARE THE IDEAS AND VOICE OPINIONS WITH OTHERS; II ASSISTING AND ENABLING PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES AND LEARNING DIFFICULTIES TO ENJOY THE SAME RIGHTS AS EVERYONE ELSE, TO ATTAIN GREATER INDEPENDENCE, FREEDOM OF CHOICE AND PARTICIPATION IN THE COMMUNITY. 2 TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION ABOUT THE EDUCATIONAL, PHYSICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL AND EMOTIONAL NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH A LEARNING DIFFICULTY OR LEARNING DISABILITY. 3 TO PROMOTE OR ASSIST IN PROMOTING RESEARCH INTO ALL ASPECTS OF SUCH NEEDS AND TO DISSEMINATE THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.
