(I) TO PROMOTE ALL OR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND IN PARTICULAR THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ADVICE AND SUPPORT WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE INVOLVEMENT OF THE BLACK AND MINORITY ETHNIC GROUPS WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. (II) TO PROVIDE FOR THE HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE OF THE COMMUNITY WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
