Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME AND MAY SPEND ALL OR PART OF THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS"): (2.1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH (I) TO MAINTAIN A PLACE FOR THE PUBLIC WORSHIP OF GOD BY THE BODY OF BELIEVERS FOR THE TIME BEING KNOWN AS PENIEL INTERNATIONAL CHRISTIAN CENTRE. (II) TO PREACH AND PROCLAIM THE GOSPEL OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST ACCORDING TO THE DOCTRINES AND BASIS OF FAITH ADHERED TO BY THE CHURCH WHICH SHALL AT THE DATE HEREOF BE THAT SET OUT IN A STATEMENT OF FAITH CONTAINED IN SCHEDULE TO THIS DEED. (III) TO PROMOTE OR SUPPORT THE PROMOTION OF INSTRUCTION OF MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH AND OF THE PUBLIC IN THE CHRISTIAN FAITH AND DOCTRINES (IV) TO EXERCISE PASTORAL CARE AND SUPPORT INCLUDING PRACTICAL AND FINANCIAL HELP TO MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH AND TO EXERCISE A MINISTRY OF CARE AND SUPPORT INCLUDING PRACTICAL AND FINANCIAL HELP TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC IN NEED OF SPIRITUAL AND OTHER HELP. (2.2) ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION ON THE BASIS OF CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES. (2.3) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS POOR HEALTH AND THE EFFECTS OF OLD AGE TO PROVIDE GRANTS OF MONEY OR GOODS OR TO DONATE FUNDS AND SUPPORT PROJECTS FOR THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS POVERTY HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SICK THE ELDERLY THE VULNERABLE AND THE DISADVANTAGED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND THROUGHOUT THE WORLD INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT FACILITIES AND SERVICES NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY STATUTORY AUTHORITIES.
