THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THE EDUCATION AND SUPPORT OF THE POOR, HOMELESS AND HANDICAPPED IN UK AND OVERSEAS. 3. THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN CONDITIONS OF POVERTY, NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AS THE RESULT OF OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE, WITHIN THE UK AND OVERSEAS. 4. THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THOSE PERSONS HAVING THE NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES BECAUSE OF THEIR DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, WITHIN THE UK AND OVERSEAS.
